Courcelles Fashion Show
The Lipstick Makeup Institute Team is really excited to be working together and to be part of such event. Held at Dubai Ladies Club on Saturday 5th November.

The Beautiful kids wore all the designer labels. Boss Hugo Boss, Chloe , Little Marc Jacobs , Karl Lagerfeld Kids, DKNY and Billyblush

These are just some of the luxury fashion brands represented by the cuttest kids of different countries.

The little beauties loved it and were so excited. I was so proud of them. One or two had a little moment but soon got over it.

There were lots of activities for them to keep them amused too and nail painting, games slides etc. Also complimentary food such as burgers, hot dogs, chips. There was even deserts crepes, popcorn , candy floss and ice creams. Not only for the children but for all the parents too.

The Events company #mo4network did an amazing job of organising the whole event and bringing it all together.

It was our pleasure and enjoying every single minute of them doing their Rosey cheeks. blushes, powder and lip gloss The hair that all gorgeous thick and curly, it was amazing styling them while the kids talking and asking so much questions, as kids do. If I could do a fashion Show like this every week, I would love it. Such a pleasure to work not only with the kids but the parents too. Its so lovely to see everyone happy and pulling together. It also gives The Lipstick make Up team more experience in every genre. We want to do every event in Dubai that we can. We just love it. Make Up is not just about being am make up institute and teaching but getting involved in all these different diverse events, its fun!

Arab Fashion Week Final Day

I just have to share these images with you from Arab Fashion Week Final day. It was so amazing. The models, The Lipstick make Up Institute Teams were just on fire as were the Lipstick Hair Teams.

Just a team effort. Its amazing the amount of people that come together and support each other and help one another.

The Lipstick Make Up Institute is fast becoming in demand as is getting known because of our dedication. Hard work and commitment to our clients for being one of the best if not the best make Up Institute in Dubai. We work hard for this title though. Pure work but to be truthful it does not feel like work at all as its just what we love to do.

This is our motto on the wall, ” Love What you do and do what you love”.

Thats the slogan we all live by and as I say to everyone the day I stop loving it is the day that I will stop. Pack my bags and retreat to a far away island, open a bar, get a little boat to pull clients on water skis. Have a little tapas restaurant attached with a a Spanish/ Pakistani/ Irish twist!. I am half Pakistani and half Irish and tapas originates from Spain Thats where all the fusion come together.

Thats my dream and believe me one day I will do it but right now I am loving my life just too much but one day not too far away.

“Time to Chill” will be my new slogan to live my life by.

What a week so far, day 3 of Arab Fashion Week. The Lipstick Make Up Institute Teams are always hard at work. Behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly.

Working with International Models flown in from all over the world. Brazil, Italy, Switzerland, Russia and lots of places.

What a pleasure to work with such professionals.

Just amazing, all the Lipstick Teams loved it. We had major support from everyone. Feel so lucky and proud. after this event we can do anything in the world. Its on par with New York, Milan and London Fashion Weeks.

Day 3 of #Arabfashionweek . Backstage is where all the fun,action and tension is. What a team effort. Support from every angle . Amazing show other #aouadiparis with gold leaves applied to the models, fingertips, feet and one completely covered in gold.

First Day of Arab Fashion Week

What a great start to Arab Fashion Week, The lipstick Make up Teams are showing Dubai just how good they are. We have such great support. Brown Sugar Hair Salon, Wisam Nour Hair Salon are our amazing partners.

We are so grateful that we all come together and work like dream teams.

We are definitely rocking the back stage.

So cute, kids on the catwalk is just so sweet.

Arab Fashion Week 2016

We are so so proud to be doing all the hair and make up for Arab Fashion Week.

The debriefing with all the best make up artists in Dubai at The Lipstick make up Institute which is the best make up Institute in Dubai, in our opinion.

Tomorrow it all begins with the Kids fashion show and Lamya Abedin.

We will be updating the blog every day with millions of backstage pictures which is where all the action happens. We will put videos on. Instagram, Facebook and twitter.

We cannot contain our excitement. We have a team of about 45 Make Up Artists. 15 Hair specialist and 10 mail technicians.

It makes us so happy when someone is interested in what we are achieving.

When I think that we have only been open nearly a year!. Our 1st anniversary is October 13th. I am so proud of what we gave achieved. It just goes to show, together we can do anything.

Team work is everything.As I tell me teams, we are all as important as each other. We are all part of this wheel that keeps turning. Without each other then we are no as strong. The more the merrier. Thats what I have always said and as I am seeing, its absolutely true.

We are so happy to have so many different teams joining us.

Our team paint the customers faces and arms, apply tattoos and party!

We have the headdress, make up, photography and its all free.

Also teamed up with Nikki Beach to give the customers the best time on Sundays that they can have.

Well, it is always fun to learn at the Make up institute but especially when its a creative special effects day.

Our student chose our make up school as she did here research from South Africa and decided that we were the best make up school in Dubai to teach her all that she wants to know and she was absolutely right.

The daily task was to to make a relatively young person old and just take a look at the results.

Using the best makeup in our opinion, Kryolan , you can actually do anything. Once you learn the techniques then the make up will allow yo to explore the possibilities of your talent and give you the freedom to push yourself to the limits.

I am sure you agree that the results are great. All our photos are shot by our sister photography studio, YH Studios DXB. They have been here for 4 years and are the prefect partner for a make up school. In fact, I don’t know how the school would be without it. Everyone make up school should have one. The results of any make up lesson need to be recorded and thats what YH Studios does. Our students have this great advantage and we are the only make up school in Dubai to have such a partner company.

Another amazing and talented student stepped out from the studio with her International Certificate for The Silver Makeup Course in Classical Glamorous Looks.

Laila Khan is originally Moroccan living in Dubai.

Her main aim was to study makeup as she is opening a Spa and Beauty Salon in India.

I would definitely suggest this to any salon owners to learn more about the services so they will be more into the whole business.

This is a wonderful thing to do. As an owner you definitely want to know what are your employees doing and also to get more knowledge about the services you are offering.

Laila was a very talented, patient and wanted to learn as much she could for these 5 days.

It was really a pleasure to work with her.

Our focus was on glamorous looks and asian bridal makeup looks. Bright and shiny colours, beautifully blended aye makeups and perfectly applied foundation were the main characteristics of her portfolio work.

As you will see on the pictures of her portfolio we really created a great asian glamour look feeling an all the pictures.

She finished her 5 days course with an excellent grade and wonderful exam work.

Although above all your clients will be so very happy.

Well here we are again doing what we love and being crazy in the studio, having fun whilst creating the zombie and old age look on the run up to Halloween when all the goals come out and the broomsticks!! ha ha

We have collected over the years all the facts and tips that we need to create theses looks and thats what make us one if the best make up schools in Dubai.

We all remember the days when everyone dressed up as of vampires to of to fancy dress but zombies are even more exciting as there are no rules, you can have as many cuts and scars as you like. There is no format to applying zombie make up.

You have to apply the first few rules and get a great base using the latex in a fashion that will create a long lasting bespoke look.
