Eurasian Beauty Championship Baku

We just came back from Baku as we represented the UAE on The Eurasian Beauty Championship 2016 in hair and makeup.

What to say? We spent 4 wonderful days in this amazing city.

The trip started with laugh and fun and ended with happiness and celebration.

Lets see how we started and what was exactly happening in Baku?

In the organisation of The World Beauty Congress a competition was held in Baku for the most talented artists all over Asia and Europe to showcase their work in Hair styling and Makeup.

As our team is always in fun and having a great time wherever we go we started the competition with a selfie.

About the competition

There were 18 contestants, hair stylists and makeup artists.

We had 55 minutes to create a fashion makeup and 55 minutes to create a fashion hair style.

Fashion Makeup

Just started with a foundation. I had 55 minutes to create a Fashion Makeup Look. As the jury said they want to see something new, an own creation between evening makeup and creative makeup… not too much but enough to amaze them.

Ive had a picture in my mind what i want to see on the model as it should be. Nothing without a vision. Our vision was a high fashion look with arabic touch dramatic and glamorous .

Its was not only me who was concentrating

The whole look was created with our lovely Kryolan products.

Fashion Hairstyle

We got 55 minutes to create a hair style what goes with the whole styling.

Afterwards the hair and makeup our models were walking on the stage showing the whole styling.

Our Arabic Princess did a wonderful job. She really felt her character the styling and the music. Was a great performance.

The pictures are talking there is no need for much words.

Our styling surprised and shocked everyone withers uniqueness, dramatic appearance and elegance.

And …. what is the result ?

Because We planned it and made it.

Amazing experience was this in Baku. We got a chance so many wonderful people and artists and of course we learned a lot.

Although For the first time in UAEs history we represented the country on an International Competition and we WON!!!

Such a great time we had!!!

The Lipstick Make Up institute Team are on set for the next 3 days of TV show Colors Cricket Quiz 2016 In association with Studio House Video Domination. Proud of what we are achieving!

Today Studio House tomorrow Azerbaijan !! We are trying our best for all the girls who form our Teams. Lets see where it gets us guys!

We are trying to branch out and do everything we can to show case case our skills so from teaching make up and make up artists to fashion shows, models portfolios, advertising adverts, documentaries, tv shows, tv quizzes, you tube videos, real life fly on the wall shows to anything and everything that involves media , make up and photography.

Smokey eyes and red lips??? 10 years ago we would say oh no, you can’t have Smokey eyes with Red lips on. There was a rule before in makeup that if you are working with dark colours on your eyes the lips will be light and if you have a bold lipstick on you will go light with eyes.

Ladies we can tell you its not the case anymore. One of the main style of the glamorous makeup is strong eyes and strong lips. If you know how to wear it and its clean and well blended just go for it.

On this picture we are showing a perfect example of this look black and brown smokey eyes with red lips. She looks gorgeous, classy and glamorous.

Smokey Eye Course

Come and learn how to apply your own make up and look the like a professional artist creates your look everyday and dazzle your friends. Smokey eyes can be enhanced many different ways. All different colours, shapes and enhancements. We will teach you the simplicity to design your look from soft and subtle to “Meow Wow” dramatic.

Smokey Eye Course

Steps :

1- Cleansing – we are using the LAQUA tonic

2- For a healthy glowing, dewy skin will use the Kryolan Vitacolor foundation and blend it with a sponge.

Step 3- Our models undertones are warm to correct it will use a yellow corrector.

4- Contouring and highlighting with Kryolan Supracolors.

5- Set the foundation with white translucent powder.

6 Define and fill in the eyebrows with dark brown eye shadow.

7- Apply a base colour on the entire eyelid.

8- Contour the upper lash line with black eye shadow

9- For a perfect smokey look smudge the contours with dark brown eye shadow and define the crease lineStep 10 Apply a white gold highlighter under the eyebrows

11- Define the bottom lash line with black eye shadow and smudge it

12- For the absolute glamorous look apply micro pigments on the lid

13- Mascara on the bottom lash line

14 – Apply the blush and highlighter

15 – Lipstick application
