Applying False Eye Lashes

Applying False Eye Lashes

Applying False Eye Lashes

When it comes to makeup for your most important events whether it’s a day you spend with your loved ones or a day at your job which involves looking your best or festive occasions, no make up look is at its best without getting your eyes glammed up. So you want your eyes to look bigger, intense, youthful & beautiful.

What better way than to apply false eye lashes to give these qualities to your eyes. So, It’s no big secret that your favourite look of celebrities with her beautiful eyes or the best makeup looks from experts on media more often than not compliment their makeup with a usage of False Eye Lashes.

How to Apply

When you apply false eye lashes to your natural lashes, not only they blend very easily with your natural lashes but they also give volume and length.

When applied in a right way these completely change your eyes to look more beautiful, well defined & youthful. So let the experts at first foundation pro help you learn the expert tricks and tips to do the best false eye lashes you always wanted.

Hold your eyelash curler for 30 seconds to keep that nice curl. Well curled eyelashes act as a good base for placing the false eye lashes.

once you curl, apply mascara to your natural lash only. We recommend not to use mascara on false lashes as it tends to lose natural look. As there is less or no product used on false lashes they are in better condition if you are planning to reuse them.

Reusability Tip :

As eyes are sensitive we do not recommend prolonged/ too much repeated use of contaminated products.

However,

Washing the entire lashes with too hot water can damage them and cannot be reused.

Try placing the false lashes starting with one eye from a comfortable position looking into the mirror.

Start pressing in the middle gently and also on the corners, hold the corners for slightly longer. Repeat for other eye.

Learn How to Snatch with Concealer

Learn How to Snatch with Concealer

Learn How to Snatch with Concealer: Concealer really is the G.O.A.T makeup product. Beyond its ability to conceal any blemishes and nix dark circles, it has snatching superpowers. When applied strategically and with the right shade, it brightens, lifts, and sculpts your complexion like no other.  It’s just so creamy and buildable, plus it doesn’t crease.

The secret to snatching lies in the concealer shade and placement. Your snatch shade should be three to five shades lighter than your skin match. By heightening the contrast with your skin, it enhances the brightening while creating natural shadows that give a seriously sculpted final look.

To snatch, apply the concealer to the inner and outer corners of your eyes (extending out towards your temples), on the bridge of your nose, the outer corner of your mouth, and underneath your cheekbones. Always apply in an upward motion, and then blend using small tapping motions, following the same direction (upwards).

Cook Your Concealer for More Coverage

If you want to increase the coverage of any concealer, the trick is to cook with it. No, we don’t mean putting it in the oven. The technique refers to applying your concealer to the areas you want to target, then leaving it for between one to three minutes before you blend it out – experiment to see which timing works best with your formula and the level of coverage you want.

Essentially, this β€˜drying’ time allows the concealer to start setting into your skin, which means that when you go to blend, it’s almost semi-dry and doesn’t disappear into your skin or blender. You want to catch it just before it completely sets so that you’re still able to blend it. It’s magical!

Best Makeup Tips

Best Makeup Tips

Best makeup tips. Some of these hacks you’ll know, and others will be new, but trust us, these are the beauty hacks EVERYONE should know! Tried, tested, and approved by yours truly.

Always Prep your Skin to Create the Ultimate Makeup Base.

The bottom line is, your beat will never be its best without prepping your skin first. It’s just a fact.
If you skip these two essential steps, your makeup is more likely to settle into fine lines or collect in dry and flakey areas rather than be perfectly smooth.
It also helps your makeup stay in place for longer.

Step 1: Exfoliation is key, as this will help create a smooth canvas for makeup application and melt away any dead skin while leaving your skin brighter than before.

Step 2: The next step is hydration. Start with a plumping serum.
For the under eye area, we love using the eye lift and contour serum, as it’s super lightweight and hydrating, but it also firms the lids and under eye area for a smooth finish. Then, we seal in all that glazed hydration with the moisturizer, It sounds simple, but it’s one of those make-or-break steps.

Use Ice Water to Depuff and Tighten Your Pores.

This has to be one of the easiest (and cheapest) skincare hacks EVER. It’s pretty simple, just a little chilly. All you have to do is splash your face with ice-cold water for around one minute.

It mimics the effect of the coveted facial,
AKA utilizing cold temperatures to encourage blood flow, soothe inflammation, and depuff your skin…
hello cheekbones! It also tightens the appearance of pores and just makes your skin look really bright and alive. Sign us up!

How to give yourself an ice facial: Prepare a bowl of ice cubes, submerge them in water, and allow the ice to melt for a few minutes. Now, you can either splash your face with the cold water or take a deep breath and dip your face in for about 20 seconds at a time. Make sure you move your face about so every inch experiences that icy rush.

When to Use Correctors

  • Corrector / concealer: Cover blemishes and dark areas with orange, yellow or peach-toned
  • Corrector: The concealer will conceal the corrector colour, what is in skin colours. Application with fingertips or concealer brush.
  • Powder: Use a loose pale yellow-based powder or translucent dusting powder to set the makeup
  •
  • All About The Eyes

  • Eyebrows: Shape the brows with a small amount of brow powder or pencil. If you have  dark hair, use a colour that is one or two tones lighter than the hair colour
  • Eye shadow: Choose three shades of eye shadow: light, medium and dark. Use the dark to line upper lid, thinly, along the lash edge. Use medium shade to cover the remaining part of the eye lid up to the crease
  • Eyeliner: Use cake liner and apply with an angled or fine liner brush, or use a sharpened eyeliner pencil.
  • Mascara: Black mascara is the best to highlight your lashes. Apply in two thin coats rather than one heavy one
  • Blush: Apply the blush directly on the cheekbones and blend it to the hairline.
  • Lip Liner

  • Lip liner: Apply lip liner in advance of lip colour as the lip liner helps contain the lipstick, keeps it from feathering, and makes it more durable.
  • Lipstick

  • Lipstick:  Above all , use a lip brush to apply dark or bright colours since these require very precise application. Add a dot of a gloss to the centre of the bottom lip and then blot

The application:

  1. Clean the skin
  2. Use skin primer in the T-zone. This will reduce shine and increase the durability of the makeup. Use good products with higher density of pigmentation as these will last longer.
  3. Be sure to allow moisturizer a few minutes to be absorbed properly before continuing with the foundation.
  4. Use a waterproof matte type foundation for a soft finish, and waterproof mascara
  5. Remember that the whiteness of a wedding dress can wash out the true colour of the makeup. Neutrals are always good choices for the blushing bride, but make sure you can still see the blush so apply a little extra!
  6. Bronzer can look brown in photographs, so stay away from it unless your bride has darker skin tones. A soft peachy look is preferable. Yellow – based or translucent powder will keep shine down.
  7. Concealer is important: many brides may have dark circles from sleepless nights. Use a high density concealer cream, not liquid which can β€œtravel” and use where necessary.
  8. Choose a timeless look.

Remember that the photos will reveal their true value many years later.
The latest dramatic trends may look ridiculous and dated decades from now. Keep the eye makeup looking natural and light. Dont create heavily ringed racoon eyes.

Generally, eyeliner and mascara go on top lashes only so that the possibility of smearing is reduced, and keep the look fresh and natural.

  1. Shimmery products can look washed out in photos, especially in daylight, so do not over use shimmer or glitter. Also, too much glitter can read as false, keep the look as natural as possible.
  2. A dab of Vaseline/petroleum jelly on the front teeth will keep smiling lips from sticking to them and keep lipstick from getting on the teeth, which can ruin photographs.Arabic Makeup Course

  6. Powder application to set the base
  7. Define the eyebrows
  8. Apply a white base colour over your eye lid and highlight just below the curve of your eye brow.

Bridal Makeup Course

Asian bridal makeup look:

Asian bridal makeup is typical of most brides I know, which is that they want to look young, youthful, and timeless. So maybe stick to those nice pinks for your cheeks and your lips and keep the eyes really neutral, soft, and sandy.

Look at champagne colours,

petal pinks, or seashell pinks even.

You can contrast with a matte bronzer to define your cheekbones and highlight with a nice shimmery champagne colour or a gold colour on the apples of your cheeks or your brow bones or even accordingly the cheekbone.

If you stick to neutral, warm colours with maybe pops of pink in there you are going to look like a timeless, beautiful bride.

More tips:

Brides should understand the difference between everyday makeup and the type of application that will enhance their beauty specially in wedding photos. For brides, the choice is simple —

learn the proper techniques from a makeup artist months before the wedding, or simply invest in a professional application on the day of the event.

For perfect photos,

firstly apply foundation evenly. Use a long lasting matte finish and end with a dusting of pressed powder. Be sure to keep pressed powder handy for touch up;

Generally you don’t want a shiny nose or forehead in your pictures! Remember to match powder to your foundation colour. Be sure to blend it well along the jaw line.

Avoid heavy eyeliner – However it’ll only make your eyes look smaller. Pass on false eyelashes, too. They can cast a shadow beneath the eyes. Instead, accent the outer corner of eyes with black or gray eyeliner.

Choose bridal makeup

but that’s on the understated side. Our best suggestion, select a professional makeup artist with experience in bridal photography otherwise you will not get the results.

Because skin tends to break out or look flushed after a facial, be sure to schedule your facial at least one week before your wedding.

To keep your hands soft, firstly apply our rich non greasy Hand Crème before going to bed, then put on a pair of white cotton gloves. While you sleep, the gloves will hold in body heat and help the hand crème penetrate. In the morning, you hands will feel softer and smoother.

Colors:

  • Light colours such as pastels reflect more light and hence enhance the volume of a person. Advisable for persons on the slimmer side.
  • Dark colours such as blacks and burgundy, by virtue of reflecting lesser light diminish the volume of the wearer and are advisable for persons on the stouter side.
  • Short persons should avoid wearing clothes with contrasting colours.Soon we start online classes as well stay tuned with us for online courses

OLIVE SKIN

Makeup Diploma Color Theory

Makeup Diploma Color Theory As we move from the Northern Europe to the Mediterranean, skin assumes a darker colour with olive, beige and brown undertones. Hair is normally dark brown and eyes are generally brown or hazel. The skin is normally smooth, may be oily and is generally somewhat insensitive to the sun. Makeup colours that works well complement the underlying skin tones and are warm in character.

Brown – reds such as ochre and sienna can be used for lip colours, bronzers and for eye makeup. Olive green can also be used for eye shadow. Apricots can be used to brighten the cheeks.

Similarly women with a Mediterranean complexion will have dark areas under the eyes. Try a concealer with hints of peach to disguise these areas. In between the porcelain skin of Northern Europe and the olive skin of the Mediterranean, we find intermediate skin colours and tones. Skin can have beige or honey undertones with hints of red. It tends to be sensitive to the sun. Browns with hints of orange or yellow, very lightly applied, bring out the underlying skin tones. Lips can be peachy or golden brown. However eye makeup can be yellowy brown.

makeup courses dubaiASIAN SKIN

Basically asian skin typically has a golden colour with brown or orange undertones. Foundation that has a base of yellow / gold suits this skin type. Earthy browns and green suit the eyes. Oranges and corals might suit the lips or, if applied lightly, can highlight the cheeks. Gold bronzers match the basic skin tone.

PORCELAIN SKIN

Therefore Very light, translucent porcelain skin is found in Nordic and Celtic people. The eyes may be blue or green and hair blonde or red. Celts may have freckles are increase by sun.

Overall undertones will be typically cool with hints of blue. Skin colour matching foundation, peach blush, lips should be pink for the day wear and dark reds with a hint of blue for the night. Eye shadow can be chose to coordinate with iris colour.

BROWN SKIN

Generally Brown skin may have beige, olive or red-bronze undertones. The skin colour is very attractive in itself. Stay with natural look that largely matches the brown colour. Foundation can complement the underlying skin tone so a hint of red or ochre works well. A hint of pink on the lips and the cheeks can enliven the face. Use a little shimmer on the lips. For the eyes, use a brown a little lighter than the dominant skin colour for day wear. Overall for the evening, add drama with blues and lilacs.

MULTI – ETHNIC SKIN

While throughout the history, people from different geographical areas have been meeting, marrying and having children. This created new looks, skin colours and tones – very often looks that are strikingly beautiful. As a makeup artist you will see clients whose parents have different ethnicities and race.
