Dubai TV SHOOTING AT THE LIPSTICK

Yesterday was a great day Dubai tv was shooting at the lipstick makeup institute .

We introduced The Lipstick Make Up Institute and its services , how do our students register in our beauty and make up courses and what certificates do they get ? we have a great variety of diffresnt courses to choose between like for example

We explanied about kryolan materials that our students at The Lipstick Make Up Institute study and work with how many classes do they have to attend , and how we train them through practicing and teaching so they graduate with enough knowledge in all kind of makeup as evening , cocktail , daytime , classical and they can easily work in fashion and makeup fields .

We also explained our services for our YH STUDIOS DXB clients as photoshoots including makeup + hair .

We had our lovely model with gorgeous glam look done by THE LIPSTICK MAKEUP INSTITUTE makeup artist , i explained her look step by step and what is the 2017 fashion in makeup and hair it was really fun and exciting .

Specially with a loving talented family as The Lipstick Makeup Institute and YH Studios family.

We just love what we do and do what we love. Just like our motto says so thats on our wall in the studio reception.

Photoshoot for Kids Fashion

Yesterday we had a wonderful day shooting kids fashion with some lovely kids at YH STUDIOS DXB and THE LIPSTICK MAKEUP INSTITUTE during ONE FRIDAY KIDS photoshoot .

One Friday , a high fashion and affordable kids wear retailer in India , thier collection features kids wear , shoes , accessories, sunglasses, headbands and trinkets , to suit all the wardrobe needs under one roof .

Kids started arriving with their parents to the studio early morning and i worked on their hair and makeup and Yasmin our managing director and head photographer started styling thier clothes , shoses and accesories which arrived organized in different sizes and colours for boys and girls .

The day was full of excitement , happiness and joy , we were running after the kids all over the place changing their outfits , playing in the sand. The kids were not bothered about the wind and even the rain at times!

We did half the shoot the week before on the Palm as one of the kids was leaving Dubai. It was a must that we had to photograph her though. She is so cool and very stylish that we had to include her in the shoot so we did.

Part 2 was on the beach on a very unpredictable day. It was cloudy, windy and very blustery. We had to do the shoot!! There was no time to waste. This time of year the weather is so unpredictable but we took our chances and it paid off.

It was so much much fun. More importantly we got amazing pictures and the kids had so much fun.

It always shows in the images and on the kids faces. Running freely on the sand and in the water is just so liberating for them and its not work its enjoyable.

Day 2 Halloween Make up

Our second day at #billionairemansiondubai where we are doing all the halloween make up! Scary stuff ha. One of the best nightclubs in Dubai.

Don’t you just love Dubai? Everyone just gets so involved and makes the most of every occasion. It really is a community like no other. I feel that everyone cares about themselves and loves one another and really do make friends easy here. Make up and photography brings everyone together in a unique way.

This is a city to party and make the most out of life. You would think in an Arab country things would be a little suppressed but Sheikh Mohammed in my eyes and really everyone I know we call him The Great Sheikh Mohammed. He is the greeters guy on this earth in my opinion, I can say that because my father is no longer with us!

He has given us an opportunity to come here and live our dreams. He has given us the freedom to grow and create and party! I can’t thank this great man enough.

So getting back to Halloween, As I do tend to meander when I feel passionate about things which is basically everything!!

We paint the customers faces and arms and make you feel gorgeous.

We teamed up with Nikki Beach to give the customers the best time on Sundays that they can have.

First Day of Arab Fashion Week

What a great start to Arab Fashion Week, The lipstick Make up Teams are showing Dubai just how good they are. We have such great support. Brown Sugar Hair Salon, Wisam Nour Hair Salon are our amazing partners.

We are so grateful that we all come together and work like dream teams.

We are definitely rocking the back stage.

Being part of a great team is so much better than going solo.

Its healthy, supportive and even parts relaxing as you know that we are all there to support each other.

Like the first show today, 40 children aaaaah ha , all for hair, pigtails, grungy and a bit of blusher and lip gloss.

So cute, kids on the catwalk is just so sweet.

Also is a wonderful pictures of amazing lamya Abedin. Just a bespoke wonderful designer and a woman too. A great representative of the females of this world taking it by storm .

Getting ready For Arab Fashion Week

We are so so proud to be doing all the hair and make up for Arab Fashion Week.

The debriefing with all the best make up artists in Dubai at The Lipstick make up Institute which is the best make up Institute in Dubai, in our opinion.

Tomorrow it all begins with the Kids fashion show and Lamya Abedin.

We will be updating the blog every day with millions of backstage pictures which is where all the action happens. We will put videos on. Instagram, Facebook and twitter.

We cannot contain our excitement. We have a team of about 45 Make Up Artists. 15 Hair specialist and 10 mail technicians.

Please reading our blog and that way you too can get involved in backstage madness!

We will be filmed every day from every tv channel, exciting times ahead.

It makes us so happy when someone is interested in what we are achieving.

When I think that we have only been open nearly a year!. Our 1st anniversary is October 13th. I am so proud of what we gave achieved. It just goes to show, together we can do anything.

Team work is everything.As I tell me teams, we are all as important as each other. We are all part of this wheel that keeps turning. Without each other then we are no as strong. The more the merrier. Thats what I have always said and as I am seeing, its absolutely true.

We are so happy to have so many different teams joining us.

Training time with the best Institute in Dubai

I would like to share my first ever training that I attended in Dubai. My motivation to attend the training organised by The Lipstick Make up Institute and the YH Studios Dubai by Yasmin Hussain last June 2016.

The training theme is of special relevance to my professional goals and career objectives, and therefore I really appreciate the opportunity given to me to attend this training together with my professional co makeup artist.

I enjoyed every part of it, especially the creative makeup done by Livia Rideg the Eurasia World Champion Make up artist and the master of makeup.

And I’m very honour to work with the best.Her expertise in the makeup industry I find it a very motivational and inspiring to me.

I always keep in mind;

If you want to be a makeup artist only for fame, then this career is not for you
Makeup artistry is an art and you’ll need lots of practice to improve your skills; you’ll never finish learning.
Practicing on models with different face types, eye shapes, and skin tones will improve your skills

Free Creative Demonstration Day

Here at Lipstick we always love to keep the team spirit going and keep the teams as tight as possible and learn together.

You can always advance yourself in any are of make up.

Contouring is really popular right now but what make up artists can learn more from is the creative applications.

This is all covered in Our Platinum Course that lasts for 6 weeks and you also leave with an International Diploma that will carry you through to start your journey into the world of Make Up. We teach you not only how to apply make up but teach you to open your mind to the endless possibilities that you can do with make up and the amazing unique effects that can be produced.

Please just come in and see us to discuss anything or just for advice, we are always here to help and love to talk! Especially Liv about make up, she can talk for England.

Talk about passion, this girl was born with a mascara in her hand I think. I have never known anyone be so passionate about a shade of eye shadow or lipstick!

Once we went to a company to discuss using their Hollywood products in the school before we eventually decided on Kryolan, there was never really any competition with really but we had to be open to suggestions.

They showed us some samples and I had to leave her there as it was just not exciting enough for me, 3,5 hours later she calls me to pick her up!

So that Liv, The Eurasian Number one in the world for Fashion Hair And Make Up. Liv is our main teacher in the school so you will be taught by the best to be the best!.

The Lipstick Make Up Institute on set of Tv Show!

The Lipstick Make Up institute Team are on set for the next 3 days of TV show Colors Cric Quiz 2016 In asspocaition with Studio House Video Domination. Proud of what we are achieving!

Today Studio House tomorrow Azerbaijan !! We are trying our best for all the girls who form our Teams. Lets see where it gets us guys!

We are trying to branch out and do everything we can to show case case our skills so from teaching make up and make up artists to fashion shows, models portfolios, advertising adverts, documentaries, tv shows, tv quizzes, you tube videos, real life fly on the wall shows to anything and everything that involves media , make up and photography.

If you like what we do and we are about then please apply to come on one of our courses or even come one of the team.

We are always looking to expand our network of great make up artists as there are a lot out there who claim to be and are not! People know that when the book a lipstick Team that we only have the best and all through my life I knew that Quality speaks for itself!

Only yesterday we were contacted by the Director of Oriental Fashion Week which will take place in Paris, Europe in July to see if I could bring my Team over to look after the models! Great compliment! She said that she has seen what we have been doing and would love for us to take this role!

This is what being professional, efficient and great at your job does for you and all the girls that are selected to be in our teams are just that! True Professional and there is nothing more pleasing to know that in whatever walk of life you are in the hands of a professional!

We certainly have standard at Lipstick!
